Vilex Inc., a company based in Delaware, was incorporated in 1996 and was founded by President and CEO, Abe Lavi, Ph.D, MBA. Steve Corsello, President and CEO of ACTIVIZE Inc. was among the first sales distributors contracted by Vilex since its inception.
